Warranty Coverage:

Our 180-day warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, should you encounter any such defects, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove to be defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

 

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

Claims Process:

Notification: You must contact our customer service team within the warranty period to start the claim process. Please email support@wearsonora.com.

Inspection: Upon receiving your warranty claim, we may ask you to send the product to us for inspection. Shipping costs for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

Assessment: We will assess the defect. If the defect is found to be under warranty coverage, we will proceed with the repair or replacement.

Repair or Replacement: If the product is repairable, we will repair it and return it to you. If it requires replacement, we will replace it with the same or a comparable piece of jewelry.

Return Shipping: We will cover the return shipping costs if the claim is validated. The repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to you with tracking information provided.

 

Additional Terms:

The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Repaired or replaced products will be under warranty for the remaining duration of the original warranty period or for 60 days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

 

Limitation of Damages:

Except where prohibited by law, the warranty service and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties,
remedies, and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied. We disclaim all statutory and implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects.
